I have put together my online portfolio/showreel at www.danlobo.co.uk/showreel. This can now be viewed by everyone without the the Shockwave browser plugin installed who have Javascript enabled on their browser. I have set this up to utilise the JQuery AJAX plugin called Agile Carousel which should be accesible to approximately 90 - 95% of internet users without the need to install a separate plugin, although the Flash browser plugin may be required to view some pages.
